Employee is always friendly. The items I normally go for are always in stock. I just wish there was more of a selection of toys and accessories for cats as the majority of the items are for dogs

This is our favourite spot to pick up healthy meals for our pets. The staff are friendly, inviting and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure the pets are taken care of. There are numerous shops in the area but this is our go-to. Amy provides exceptional service and we don’t see ourselves reaching out elsewhere anytime soon. Highly recommend this location of Global Pet Foods.

This pet store has a very upscale feel. It is extremely cleanly and well organized. The staff are very helpful and will often offer to look in the back if you can't find a specific item.What I like about them is that they offer many high quality pet food brands. I often buy my dog food and wet cat food here because of this.I have also purchased items like dog beds here. They have quite a few different styles and they have all sizes, including sizes for very, very large dogs.If you are looking for high quality food, toys and other accessories this is the place to go!

Completely different experience from pet coonection - previous business!They changed the raw food distributors and now there is no return or exchange policy to try out new food - to see if the dog can eat it with no problems. I am stuck with almost full box of the raw food from the new vendor as I decided to stop using it - my dog experienced being not well after eating it . The store manager refused to accept the return. I am not buying anything from them ever again!!

Roughly 2 weeks ago I was looking for a harness and leash for my friends 6 week old kitten, because Nala likes to follow her human family on walks— bc of this, they were thinking of getting a leash. The man that helped me kept the store open past their closing to show me their selection— amazing customer service. I’ll definitely come back here, within your hours of operation, again. Thanks!

I was a loyal and devoted customer and I went to them requesting help with a medical emergency (life/death) involving a neighbourhood pet who attacked a family member and they just totally blew me off. All I wanted to do was post a warning flyer about a dangerous animal with pictures in our neighbourhood and they refused to put it up. We’ll never go back to this establishment again, they only care about their bottom line and nothing about the health and safety about their customers and pets. Pet Value and several other establishments had no issues putting up the flyer.

I love the owners and staff here. I always find them so knowledgeable, caring and helpful (even caring the big heavy food bags out when they see the help is needed). The food selection is great especially for finding something to fit my pets needs (skin allergies, digestive problems, chewing at paws etc). Always have a great selection for treats, toys, leashes collars. If they don't carry it in store most of the time they can special order for you. I really felt acknowledged and helped. not just another customer in and out the door. I highly suggest coming here. ITS CANADIAN TOO!

Best store in the area for small pet owners. I have three guinea pigs and a hamster, so bedding can be expensive. This location has great products for a decent price, and the owner pays real attention to the regulars in her store.
