Many thanks once again to Kings for providing a portable toilet facility for our Distance Riders of Manitoba spring endurance event at Birds Hill Provincial Park. It was super clean and we are so thankful for the support of your organization.

*EDITED REVIEW* Kings contacted me after seeing my review and looked into the charge. They said the software used to predict the length of time of a job malfunctioned and it thought the sink installation would take 2 hours when it really was about 45 minutes. Kings refunded me $200. **First, let me start out by saying the employee sent to take care of my faucet was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was in and out in about 90 minutes, took care of recycling, all good.However, the problem is with the pricing. I called to inquire about the cost for a faucet installation (I had purchased the faucet already, just needed to have old one removed and new one installed). They would not quote me a price over the phone, and advised that it would cost $75 to get the plumber to the door because they can't guess" how much work would be involved. Lo and behold

We had called to have our sump pump line relocated due to a blockage. They came out assessed, gave an estimate and were able to come the next day to do the work. Very efficient and neat, and gave us a detail of what options we had.We were very happy with their work, and would definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.

I just wanted to pass along our appreciation for the service we have been getting from Kings!Not only have you been able to offer us an amazing price despite this “post-covid inflation” world we live in…. but Dispatch and the drivers have done everything in their power to accommodate our unpredictable schedule.I would not only recommend Kings to anyone looking for services that they provide, however, I’d rather give them my business because the service at other companies does not compare!

We needed a new septic tank installed last summer. Eric and every other employee and contractor we encountered were professional and courteous. They got the job done quickly and well. Thank you!

Plumber's name was Joe. Very competent, fast, and thorough. Quickly identified my problem (stripped set screw on a bathtub faucet, thus unable to access the cartridge for replacement). Advised me of what he had to do (replace the whole unit) prior to beginning his work. His visit was about 1 hr max. Very pleased with the work.

This was my first time using Kings. I became aware of them through their support of various winnipeg community events. I called and was connected right away to Lori, (I think) - great to speak to and coordinate with. Rylee the plumber arrived within hours of my call. He was great, he said he’d been working for King’s years (always a good sign). For the toilet he recommended a simple and low cost solution. That surprised me in a good way. We also had a shower that was leaking. He quickly identified the problem and proposed a straightforward solution.. I felt like I was dealing with a very honest plumber and a trustworthy company. I would use again and recommend to others. Thanks guys!! Good job!

Kings told us we had PolyB pipes and would not be covered by Insurance if they failed (inspector never told us we had PolyB) .... They were absolutely correct. Riley and Byron were professional ; polite and knowledgeable when replacing all of our water lines in our house. Would definitely use King's Services in the future.
