Very bad shopping experience: A product miss priced, 5 machines that were not able to do the refund transaction. One employee left me in the middle of transaction to speak with an taxi driver. An assistant manager refused to refund me cash, or to replace the product with another product, even he was impolite. He ruined my evening, I spent 25 min for one transaction. If there is minus five I will put it

Racist place... from the store manager to the employees. DO NOT expect they are able to answer any of your questions. Be prepared, you could be threatened by the manager and humiliated by the employee. Just because of their incompetence of helping on anything regarding a lost registered letter, they asked me to leave the store. The manager threatened me that she would call police if I do not leave the store. And she did call the police! It is a shame for such whole bunch of people to smear Jean Coutu brand name, and smear this neighborhood. Never go back again for whatever reason.

I had the worst experience imaginable. I had rented crutches and when I had brought it back they had lost the documentation and refused to reimburse my deposit due to their mistake. They said they cannot reimburse me since they lost the paper. What horrible customer service.The person I spoke to was Valerie B. she was very rude and simply passed the blame to me, even though it was clear they made an administrative error. It is theft - to take a deposit and refuse to give it back is theft.I would not recommend to get any medication or services to a place this unorganized. The integrity of the pharmacy is to be questioned.

Never saw a horrible service like this… post office closes at 7pm get there at 5:30 they close IN MY FACE and tell me sorry nothing we can do!!!!!

I got a 60 pill bottle and they only put 30 by accident, now after two weeks i realized i had to refill already (2 pills per day) and the pharmacy is refusing to give me the 2 weeks worth of pills that i originally PAID for because they're saying they put 60 in my bottle, but my bottle is tiny and can't even contain 60. They're saying I have to PAY for their mistake wow i cant believe this.

Most of the time I order my pills by phone. I get there and it's not the right amount or they give me the generic ones. WHY you give me other pills then the ones that are prescribed by my doctor without telling me and ask me if I approve? I always get yelled at when I ask to change it to the original one prescribed. They don't care about what the customer wants and always argue . It happened a couple of times and I'm really fed up. Unprofessional. Worst Jean-Coutu.
