Decent place if you happen to be around that mall complex. Parking is a gong show and that area is generally busy. Staff product knowledge was next to nothing. I've asked them for a specialty beer and he said they don't have it or carry it. Just as I was turning around to leave, I see it.Management maybe focus on in store training. Most of the time customers aren't just coming in knowing what they are getting.

They need people who don't dance instead of work, stare out the window instead of working, and people who don't hide from the cash register. When they work, they work hard, but management seems to encourage slacking.

First of all, no hello, no greetings. And the main thing, who said I need to show my ID if I am with someone who is buying an alcohol? My friend already had his ID but I was asked for my ID just because I was holding a bottle! That guy wouldn't let us buy alcohol, we had to go home to get my ID. I haven't seen something like this anywhere!

The staff was surprised with the purchases I made. Overall they didnt have to many options that I liked but I was able to settle with Glenfiddich 14. They had to many craft beers but I don't drink beer. Overall it's a good place for a quick stop.

I got in touch over the phone and spoke to Tim.He provided wonderful customer service and we're excited to be able to surprise our 95 yr old Grandpa with his favourite First Trax" beer at our bday/anniversary get-together this weekend.
