I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Tim-O-Tree and I highly recommend this family owned company. The administrative assistant was very professional and helpful - easy to talk to. The crew is also very competent, reliable and courteous. Their is no doubt that Mason, the owner, is very knowledgeable and competent as well as being professional and easy to talk to. Mason and his crew were very professional. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and why it had to be done. They were punctual, fast, tidy and insisted that the I be fully satisfied with the work before leaving, which meant pulling out the tools again and trimming a few more branches. Very pleasant experience, could not ask for better.

Mason was great - we saw him working on a neighbouring house and he was able to give a quick and accurate quote. He followed up as promised with a written quote, as well as his proof of insurance. We scheduled a date and he was on time and finished the job as promised. The team left no mess afterwards and payment was a breeze. Would highly recommend

Tim-O-Tree is one of those rare companies that truly values and prioritizes customer service, and provides peace of mind to its clients. With the recent and increasing weather events in Ottawa that routinely damage and down trees in the area, being able to call on such reliable and trustworthy experts to assist with removals and pruning in a timely manner is priceless. Mason is always our go-to person for these services. He and his crew recently removed a Linden tree that snapped in last month's wind/rain storm. He quickly came out to assess the damage (on a weekend no less), noted the precarious nature of the circumstances, reworked his schedule to fit us in without delay, and two days later, the tree was removed (cleanly and neatly). In my opinion, this tree company is second to none in Ottawa. Thank you Mason and Tim-O-Tree!

Tim O Tree successfully removed two broken trees from our yard preserving the surrounding trees. Mason is professional, personable and fair. He provided everything in a timely matter and it’s clear from his work he’s a skilled arborist that takes the job seriously and has a great team by is side. I definitely recommend and would choose Tim O Tree’s services again.

Reading all the recommendations for this company, I decided to ask for a second opinion on a large tree removal. Immediately upon meeting Mason, I was delighted that the quote given was not only fair, but would actually save us money. The first company that quoted (who had done previous work for me) said the job had to be carried out with a crane and that I was looking at over $3000 to have our ice storm - damaged Russian olive removed. I was also told by this first company that they could not guarantee there would not be damage to any adjacent fences.The crew of four that arrived on time a week later, skillfully and safely removed the tree. Everything was nicely cleaned up.I wish I had known about them years ago. I highly recommend this company.

Mason and his team were courteous during the removal of our five storey tree and obviously very safety conscious. There was good communication between team members and they were careful to make sure nothing was damaged during the removal. They cleaned up sawdust and branches and left the yards involved clean and tidy.The communication before and after the service was prompt and professional and he patiently answered all of our questions during the process.

Mason and his team did an excellent job removing a tree in my backyard. At first, I imagined that the tree removal project would be challenging due to the location of the tree and the layout of my property, but Mason and his team did a great job of ensuring that everything went smoothly.
