Way too slow. Prefer to go to other locations. Alexandria is so much betterVoice-mail is horrible, you can barely hear the voice of the person and the quality of the recording is so bad.

VERY rude service by the older women at the desk. Shes incompetent, and implied that I was a liar. Would NOT recommend. Also make sure you go over your cards and paper information before leaving… mistakes will be made

The person who served me was not only knowledgeable and professional, but she was also kind and patient.I watched her help an elderly man who was confused and couldn’t remember his postal code. Then there was a family who had recently moved and couldn’t find their health cards. They were on the way to the clinic because their child was ill. They had not filled out any paperwork. Throughout, the Service Ontario employee was as kind and patient as she was efficient. She made certain they understood all the forms and in both cases the people left with smiles on their faces.I feel fortunate to have this service in my community for it’s convenience, but more so because of the kind woman who works there.

The service agent is very understanding k She her time and made sure everything was done correctly, explainingIwoaw0everything as she went. Never had any issues with the agent aor the office.miHad to go in today to replace DL and health card. The attendant was amazing thorough and polite. Got it all done in minutes.

I have been to that office several times and the lady has always been super helpful, kind, friendly, and knows what she is doing compared to other Service Ontario I have been to.

Service is slow due to only one service agent who is too comfortable" in her position. This service agent needs a refresher in efficient customer service. When asked for write down details on what was required to complete my transaction (this was my second visit for the same transactions - missing info and docs)

I was told I needed a bunch of paperwork to get my expired health card renewed. When I went to another location I was processed with just my drivers license and my expired health card.Save your time. Avoid this place

People these days have no respect or patience she is but ONE person!! I have been dealing with her for a minimum of 30 years and have NEVER had ANY issues, go there READY and KNOWING what YOU are doing and don't expect her to break any rules because she cannot and will not!! she is privately owned and gets slapped on the wrists easily by the government if any mistakes etc, so give the woman a chance to do her job without whining and complaining.
