I can't say enough about William and BCSMOKESHOP, I ordered the wrong piece Saturday night after closing, called 915 Sunday morning to change my order, William was so patient and accommodating, after walking me through a few options and some humming and awwing I finally made a choice, thank you William and BCsmokeshop, will definitely recommend

Went in last night to pick up some new glass and chatted with the gentleman behind the counter who took his time showing me 4-5 options and was a great chat! I selected my piece and a few accessories and was on my way. When I got home, I realized the downstem was cracked in 4 pieces and called them right away. The gal working was super apologetic and offered to stay 5 minutes after close if I could make it to swap it out - I went by and she handed me the new one with a smile and wished me a great rest of my weekend. If every store had staff like this, I guarantee you they would succeed as I expect and hope BC Smoke Shop is succeeding. This wasn't my first purchase from here and won't be my last!

Have only had great experiences with this store and everytime I order from there website it's at the post office same day. My first order they didn't have a cleaner I wanted, so they emailed me like an hour after my order and offered to replace it with the next expensive one, or refund me. Excellent customer service, some of the best prices, and everything they offer is genuine. Love this place!!!

Was sold a piece of equipment by a person I have been since told was the manager. I was told to bring it back for exchange or refund if it malfunctioned. I tried to get a receipt but the sales person/the person I have been told is the manager insisted I would not need the receipt. The piece malfunctioned, I went to return it, I was told I could not and to come in when the manager was in but I can’t get time off work to meet his schedule , even to replace an expensive item.So… Don’t trust them? Be careful? Insist on your receipt no matter how much they don’t want to give it to you.
