Alitac is truly exceptional quality and service, I’m currently waiting for my second carrier to be completed (I got new plates that don’t fit my other Alitac carrier, my other carrier is still in excellent condition years later) I recommend Alitac to all my colleagues.

These guys will probably shut down, I don’t see how they can go on with horrible service and bad attitude. The owner was very rude and did not know too much about anything. I would never go to them

Alitac is fantastic. A real example of a good shop. Ali. The owner and face of the company works diligently for his product. Ali produced fantastic products. When we had questions prior to ordering we called the company number. Ali himself answered even outside of business hours and stated the phone number was his personal cell phone. You dont often see this kind of involvement in the business. I will update with a photo when I get my vest.

This guys work is world class. He is a family business. His work and products stand the test of time. His prices are also very fair. I send everyone to him when they need tactical alterations.

I have had my Alitac SBA vest since this spring. It is the perfect fit. The workmanship is second to none. I love this vest. Lost quite a bit of weight over the winter. Size decreased from 43 1/2 to 35 inch. Contacted Alitac. They had a replacement Cumberbund in the mail shipped out that night at a very fair and reasonable price.I will be a customer as long as I’m working and they’re around

Very nice people who know their stuff and how to take care of their customers.I had called to ask if they could fix my weight training vest as they had been recommended to me by an RCMP friend and after explaining what I needed done, he said it wouldn't be a problem.After picking it up the other day, all I can say is WOW, he went above and beyond all expectations.To be able to fix/restore this vest is huge as these types are very hard to find.The work he did will see this last a very long time.I know now why he was recommended and it is easy to see why so many LEO's use his services.Thank you very much for your work and your work to all of those who protect us.Mike Wilson RMT
