When I walk in with my dog Beau, the staff welcome us like s celebrity just came in!!Mind you, Beau is the celebrity, as you can see below in the pics. Everyone is so helpful but not hovering. I like that. It is a bit pricey for certain things but everything seems pricey these days, post-covid.(*****These pics were obviously not taken at Ren's, but are for illustration only. Also the pic with 2 dogs includes Beau and rescue we loved who has since passed away with complications from 'dog anemia,' layman's terms.)

I have a 2 year old rescue dog and brought her into Rens and I needed help on food. All the staff are so helpful and friendly and greeted me and my dog as I walked in and Christina is so knowledgeable and took the time and patience helping me with the brand of food, treats and so much more. Thank you Christina for everything. I am beyond grateful. It is a JOY coming to Rens pet store.If you need help or anything for your dog I highly, highly recommend Ren's Pets, you will not be disappointed.

We always have a great experience at Ren's. Friendly staff + great selection + competitive pricing + lots of other puppy pals to meet and greet = a fun visit.Amazing sale on the weekend with lots of new clearance items and new stock of fall and wither clothing.I love me new fall windbreaker that I got on clearance!

Nice clean store. Staff was quick to help me find the item I was looking for. Food that is within 2 to 3 months of expiry is clearly noted on the bags with a sticker and a discount- thought that was a good touch.

The staff at this Ren's have always been wonderful. Knowledgeable, gracious, and very helpful. We have been going there for almost 5 years for the food and needs of our Rottweiler. Thanks to them in part, she's a beautiful and healthy dog.

Great experience at this location! My little girl isn’t a fan of many treats and the lady at check out went to find her some liver treats and got me a box to carry my stuff. Thank you! And always the best products that I can’t find at other pet food stores.
