Details is an amazing energy. Everyone who enters is treated like family. Sherri and Wendy have created an awesome environment of learning and have recruited some serious talent over the years! They strive for inclusiveness and efficiency for their clientele. Definitely a step above!

Wendy and Sheri run a great ship with a great staff.You’ll NEVER find a better quality nail product or longevity of pedicure!Lots of experience packed into this place!

Normally I have a great experience here. Luelle has cut my hair before and it’s been amazing. Unfortunately a recent experience is making me change my opinion. I was booked in with a different hair dresser and it was the worst hair cut I’ve ever received. I went home to straighten it and realized it was so uneven and jagged that I had to get it fixed. I tried booking online to see if someone could fix it for me (not the one who cut it in the first place) and never heard back. I just booked an appointment with a different stylist anyway and then they called me and said she was going home and had to cancel my appointment. I paid over $160 for a colour and cut, so it’s really unfortunate that it ended up this way. I ended up going to Hair Razors down the street to get it fixed. The stylist there said there was about an inch and a half difference in the length of my hair on each side of my head. Won’t be returning to them again. I will stick with Hair Razors.

I have been a customer at details since they opened! Michelle is so good at nails!!! Kelsey has been my hairdresser for years! Highly recommended!

Wendy P does my hair (Color and cut) and she does such a great job! She gets my colour perfect every time. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed

Michelle is probably the best nail tech I’ve had. She has great attention to detail, and works with you to make sure your new set is what you want. Each time I go I feel comfortable and relaxed. The other women in the salon often come over and chat with us—I love coming here!

Worst experience ever they called to confirm you 330 on a Friday and they’re closed at 3:00 on Fridays so you can’t even call them back to confirm and then they cancel your appointment and then they argue with you about it, the lady lies… says she calls me 3 times which she didn’t I called back to confirm 530 they closed… I still show up to my appointment at 8:00am on Saturday moment I walked the girl at the front nothing but snotty telling me I have fake numbers then proceeds continues to be rude tells me I have to pay $400 before I can rebook cause in the 7 years I’ve missed couple appointments EI had a baby. Covid a couple times, they were closed and I couldn’t make it to my appointment before the lockdown, bad business practices I like to support local that’s next level poor poor way to treat someone, I’d suggest staying clear you don’t want to be ripped off

Probably the best hair cut I have ever had. Sherri (hope that is spelled right) was awesome and made the haircut enjoyable. My hair looks great and I wish I would have known about this place sooner.
