We have bought a Sofa bed from Leon’s Furniture at Simcoe. They have delivered the sofa bed and there was a small stain. Leon’s have made immediate decision to replace the sofa, therefore I have deleted my original review and I am completely satisfied with their products and most important their customer service.I am confident that I will continue purchase from Leon’s furniture knowing the high quality of service from the staff and their courtesy to deliver the best service to their customers.

We purchased a tv today. Sandy was our sales associate helping us. She was so well informed but not pushy in the least. So congenial and easy to talk to. I was really impressed with her style. I would highly recommend her.

Excellent customer service in store on Boxing Day and had the item delivered the following day. Was great to be able to track my delivery. Was notified the day prior the time the item would be delivered between and I was able to track the delivery and knew exactly when the truck would show up. The delivery guys were friendly and set up the item. Will buy locally from this store again.

The service in the store was unbelievable. The sales person was very polite,willing to help in purchasing and arranging delivery. A pleasure to deal with. The delivery guys were very professional and polite. They were very concerned about not damaging the house or the new appliance. All-around a great experience.

Purchased a power recliner. They had exactly what we were looking for at a good price. Sandra was a great salesperson with no high pressure sales tactics. Delivery was arranged within 2 days. Delivery guys were friendly, quick, knowledgeable & efficient.

From start to finish our purchase from Simcoe Leon's was quick, easy and pleasant.Krystal helped us find exactly what we were looking for.Brad and Johnathan took away our old appliance (from the basement no less) and quickly and safely put the new one in place.We can't thank them enough. We will definitely buy from them again.
