Home transaction with Velletta & CompanyInitial contact May 2019 – Last contact attempt September 2020The processing of my file did not go as I would have hoped.Errors in amounts and spelling.Unreasonable delays in communications, reminders needed and inconsistent assistance.Many hours of personal time lost to review my own file, make phone calls, and work to have things fixed.Despite attempts to kindly contact Natalia and even Michael about it to try to get a fair arrangement, I received no further response from them. Nothing. Niente.As far as I am concerned, I do not consider that I received a professional service nor the quality of service expected of a lawyer.

I called to arrange an appointment with a lawyer. The legal secretary took all my personal info yet the lawyer failed to ever email or call to arrange an appointment as I was informed would happen. I feel like I have been violated as I had to explain to the legal secretary in great detail my issue before she would assign me a lawyer. The very least this company could do would be to email me and tell me they can't help me so I can find a lawyer who can. The clock is ticking away here!

Ms Reid and her team were very helpful with my immigration process which included work permits and PR applications, all during COVID, when processes were changing almost daily.
