Had a great experience with employee Jade today! She was very welcoming and friendly when we arrived at the window, and helped me sort out some issues I as having with the app to be to redeem an offer I had. She also took the time to see how our day was going and make sure our order was 100% correct. We were just visiting town and weren’t familiar with the area, so she even gave us some directions. It was truly a great experience and anytime we’re in the area in the future we will be visiting this location for sure.

Rudeness of the server (identified as Lindsey) was unprecedented. When the poor kid who worked at the counter tried to say something, she literally told him to shut up. Never had to deal with such racism before anywhere in Canada. The didn't have potato wedges (that info only surfaced after ordering). When I asked to replace it with a hash brown (lesser value than wedges), she demanded more money! I would avoid this place at any cost.

I can't begin to explain my disappointment with this Tims. The location is nice, and that's about it with this location. I've been a customer here for 2 years, and I still come back because of a lack of options in the East City, so I must put up with their shenanigans, I guess.I asked for a bagel last week, burnt to a crisp, and when I pointed that out, the staff member just said Oh I thought you wanted toasted?". Ugh

Tims location that used to pretty good, only getting worse and worse. On my last visit after going through the drive-thru and seeing my fiance's sandwich was burnt to a crisp. She took it back inside, the guy working the register was very rude and ignorant towards her flashing the bun at her saying See I didn't burn it!" despite her saying she didn't even want it toasted.Staffing issues are also definitely concerning. All the garbage bins were stuffed right full on my last visit for example. Also

Horrible manager. I ordered a bowl with ext ta chicken paid $3 for the extra scoop. I told the guy it doesn’t look like extra chicken, he says it’s probably extra just 2 scoops. Definitely was only one. told the Rude manager but she said it was extra however it was all word of mouth. Left my my plate on their stand without finishing it because they were clumsy, inept and rude.

I normally like this place other than the excessive wait times but today I'm dumbfounded, there was a sign on the speaker saying they are not currently taking 50$ or 100$ bills due to counterfeit issues I only had 50$ or 100$ or my Mastercard I perfer not to use, but I thought to myself why does Tim hortons a multi billion dollar company and I mean their franchises aren't hurting by any means can't buy a simple currency checker?. Putting it on the customer's oh if you don't have the denominations that we approve of but is otherwise legal tender we will not acceptI asked about this at the window she said sorry but with no legitimate answer then this lady who's always there said can you not be rude to my new employee and said we don't have a currency checker".I can be rude but I absolutely wasn'tCustomer satisfaction is no longer common place
