Our Audi A3 developed a misfire condition while merging onto Highway 11, so we limped it off and tried to find the nearest garage. So glad we found Exurocar. Showing up unannounced around noon to see if they could assist, we were told they couldn't look at it until later that afternoon, more than fair since we dropped in unexpectedly. By the time we'd collected a rental car, they had diagnosed the misfire to a bad coil and sparkplugs that were long overdue for replacement. By the end of the day everything was replaced for a reasonable price and we were back on the road, turning major stress into a mild inconvenience. Thanks for the great communication, awesome service, and quick turn around! Car is running great now!

Difficult to work with. I wanted to support local and use this shop opposed to the one I've been using in the city. I just wanted to make sure they put a spec oil in my 18 Audi S5. They couldn't give me much info other than VW oil" I asked to bring in my own spec oil so I could continue using them for other service along with my other older Audi and Tiguan. Guy on the phone said no and wouldn't let me ask the owner either. I have heard good things about this shop but personally I am disappointed in how they do business."

Dropped my VW off for a Heater core replacement at 8am and picked it up same day before 6pm. Awesome service.

With no previous experience with Exurocar, I took my Mercedes c350 in with the ABS malfunctioning and the engine light on. George ran the diagnostics and provided a quote for the repair parts and labour. The estimated price was fair and I agreed to proceed. The parts arrived a few days later as planned and the work was done without delay. I called to confirm the total cost for the service work and to my complete surprise the actual cost was about 1/2 the original estimate. They are honest and do excellent quality service work. I will be back for all further work on my c350 and will recommend them to all seekingI can fully endorse Exurocar.

I've been dealing with this company for 20 years yes I've had multiple times where there were problems but everyone has a problem here or there. I Have always returned as I felt like they were like family because my brother that passed away worked there my Uncle worked there I thought that I had a safe spot. Little did I know that when they decided that their lack of communication was a good enough reason to mistreat me. I've picked up my car after an oil change with a new oil leak. I've picked up my car from an oil change only to have absolutely no oil in my car at all then their worker tells me he gave me free oil!!! No help on exhaust problems we fixed it ourselves after the owner told me my car was not driveable and it sat there. I'm sad about all of this as I never thought I'd say it but after being mis treated, then when their reception doesn't give me necessary information I get yelled at? I will never return there as there are much better places that work in a much more timely manner!!! And maybe appreciate their long term customers!! Worst experience ever!
