Honestly, magnificent service and staff! They were incredibly kind, patient and gentle to our fur baby! The oncology department is excellent beyond words! We sadly lost our boy, but I cannot recommend them enough! They were so respectful even in the final moments, and beyond as well. We received a beautiful card in the mail signed by all the staff who helped us and were by our boy’s side! Thank you so much to everyone!

While the wait was excruciatingly long, I understand this because we had a minor emergency our vet couldn't see to in time, and so we were low priority. However, once we were seen the vet who took care of goose (my cat) was professional and gentle with her, checked around the issue to make sure there wasn't something causing it we couldn't see (there was, the eye problem turned out to be a mouth problem), and made sure that my cat could handle the antibiotics before prescribing any to avoid any further complications. It's pricey, but to be expected for an emergency vet service. Hopefully will never return, but if I do I know my animal will be in good hands.

Dr. Kim Lamoureux is so amazing! I cannot be any more thankful for her. She really takes good care of her patients. The office is so clean too. Everyone was amazing

My Juicy woke up with a bleeding face and I can't praise the staff enough. They were so kind and efficient and took such great care of my 15 year old pup. Juicy is going to be fine.

Our 3 year old Bengal cat who had no history of having any health issues had a stomach discomfort. So we brought him to this place. They said he had a stomach infection so they gave him antibiotics and pain killers. We paid 850$ and 4 hours later he died.... Went back furious and sad, no explanation, no refunds, not even for the unused meds that we didn't even get to give him the following day. The ethics at all...

I have waited over 7 hours for my 17 year old cat to be seen by a vet, suspected of urinary blockage. I’m a veterinary technician and did not mention this on my arrival. They say they go by priority and some patients arrived and left during the time I was there. I spoke with these owners and asked about their pets….basically unless your animal is on the brink of death or is a cute dog, wait the next day to go to your family vet clinic. The staff is nice and polite and I was treated well. However for an emergency clinic the priorities are not being handled properly.

They were awesome. Had to put my 9 year old German shepherd down because she had a seizure that lasted over an hour. There truly sincere help and advise was greatly appreciated they made everything better. Able to say goodbye to my best friend without stress. Thank you so much DMV.

Hey, I have to warn you, do not go to that vet we went to. They are the worst! We had to pay 50% of the consultation fee just to get in, and then they tell us as we're leaving that we didn't pay the deposit. How ridiculous is that?! So unprofessional and sneaky. Save yourself the headache and don't go to that vet.
