One of the best winners in lower main lands. Hands down. I found so many brands name with amazing discounts. Hugo Boss, Club Monaco, DKN, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Diesel and much more. Everything I enlisted and more are discounted more than 60% of the retail price, and these items don’t look outdated as well.Also found large selection of carpets and furniture at great deals! I asked one of the clerks and found out they have amazing return policies. I really think winners is a place to go. Saving is Believing!

One of the better home sense/winners out there. Great and wide selections of items. More furnishing or furniture choices. Free parking. They called up more cashiers when line up gets long. Love it!

My dad tried to return the item without the receipt and the cashier refused to return . After talking to Shawn one of the managers he refused to do the return also.The item was purchased last November from another location and it was a birthday gift. A metal decorative container which had changed colour after a month.Although the item has the ticket attached just because they couldn’t identify it.Poor customer service.

Thank you letter for Charanjit :)Oh boy, where do I even begin with this amazing customer service experience? It was truly a masterclass in how NOT to treat your customers. From the moment I walked in, the staff made it abundantly clear that they had better things to do than help me. Their eye rolls and exasperated sighs were truly a sight to behold. If you enjoy feeling ignored, belittled, and frustrated beyond belief, then this is the place for you.

I find it extremely difficult to shop in the children's toy section when im back to back with a man shopping for underwear. Who ever is in charge of merchandise locations and display should be let go. EXTREMELY uncomfortable, and should moved immediately. I have been there 3 times and have made a complaint each time all going unheard. Maybe this is just Winners being inclusive. Sickening.

Clean and light shopping floor. A little bit messy on each shelf. A little bit crowded comparing to other Winners' locations. Many shopping options to choose. Nice and friendly employees. Public washrooms available (pretty clean). Free parking lot available in the front. Located at just beside Lougheed HWY.

Lots of free parking, one of the biggest and best winners/homesense store in the lower mainland. It's huge , spacious, and has aisles upon aisles of each type of item. Probably the biggest selection of home decor and goods such as kitchen gadgets ($5+), kitchenware ($10+), organizers ($10+), pet snacks ($5+) and accessories and beds (small $20+ large $50+), mirrors ($40+), small frames ($7+), and a lot of BIG picture frames like 11x14 or 12x12 ($17+). Rug selection is limited ($100+). Can probably spend the whole day here! Clean fitting rooms.
