All the staff there have been amazing to deal with.I had a warranty issue with a pair of shoes.Brittany went above and beyond to “make it right” when the manufacturer wouldn’t stand by their Canadian customers.Brittany was able to find the shoes I was looking for and brought them in from another store for me.Great customer service while shopping local is truly appreciated.

The service is so nice that it leaves us a guilty feeling when we leave empty handed. This is how you manage a store. Definitely will come again when we need a shoe. Hopefully we'll make a purchase here because earlier we didn't get the shoe size that we wanted (out of stock)

A fabulous shop just a short walk or drive away with wonderful helpful staff. I mean they make it so easy to find the perfect shoes or hikers. If it isn't there on the shelves they certainly go beyond and above to make sure they find the colour and proper size. I love this shop and I always get so many compliments on my glittery, furry, fingerless mittens. I have my whole family in Blundstone and we love them.

I've now purchased three pairs of shoes here. Everything has been comfortable. I highly highly recommend the On shoes! They're the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn and they come in super cute colours. Staff make very helpful recommendations, based on your style preference and if you're shopping for anything in particular. Will return for more shoes in the future!

Great selection and great deals. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. I bought athletic shoes and got some great advice. We had to experiment with size a bit and my sales associate was so quick and friendly until we got just the right kind of fit.
