I have purchased a Hyundai Accent 2013 from Fine Motors. It had been used for 138k. Before receiving the key, they repaired the broken air vent and serviced the car and gave me a full tank! I've ridden it for 3 months and, it works great.

I was nervous about getting a car. I was 3 months postpartum in a new city car shopping on my own. I met Alia and we looked at my options. She made it so easy and took time to answer my many questions. I waits till after a while to write my review because I wanted to be true with it. I met Moe who is at the mechanic shop that partners with the dealership and I felt supported. BUYER BEWARE!!I had advised the AC was NOT working upon test driving and was advised everything would be fixed before pick up. First hot day and turn on AC and it didnt work. Called and the manager Aleia gas lighted me saying we didnt tell her that but she would cover it. A week later the check engine light comes on and they refuse to cover that. When you spend $15,000 on a car you expect the issues to be fixed and yoi expect rhere not to be issues in the first few months.Dont bother trying to email management, it will just bounce back.
