Claudia was introduced to me to do JUST a staging consult on my house before we listed it for sale. My ex had filled my basement, floor to ceiling, wall-to-wall with stuff. Claudia offered to go through it for me; so for about a week I came home every day with piles and piles of stuff that I had to go through and just put different colored sticky strips to indicate what I wanted done with it and she dealt with every single piece. Then she went through and patched up holes in the wall, painted feature walls, fixed a broken eavestrough, etc. After all this, she then staged my house and made it look like a completely new home. The first day it was listed, in the first hour, I had two showings booked for that evening and it sold to the first showing - for full asking price.Claudia is naturally gifted for being able to see a space and imagine exactly how it should look. There may be a stager for every realtor office but they are definitely not all created equal and Claudia is a step above everything else I’ve seen. Not to mention that she doesn’t even hesitate to do whatever else is needed to help you to get ready.I literally cannot recommend her enough!
