Very beautiful trail with essentially zero elevation gain. It's appropriate for people of all ages and physical ability and you'll get stunning views. Can be done with a commuter hybrid bike or mountain bike, or just walking

An easy and accessible walk along a historic and beautiful path. The drive up takes on the incline leaving you with a flat, wide path to enjoy. One way is 12km over some amazing trestle bridges. It was snowing/raining the day we went so we completed only 6km overall. Many people rent bikes and do a full 24km loop. The views we had were brilliant, so I can only imagine how much better they would be on a sunny day. There are pit toilets along the way and a storm shelter. There are many benches from which to enjoy the view. Will be looking forward to going back.

It was a great hike. The trail we took was very flat and easy; but there seemed to be many, many off shoots of varied difficulties. Please take your trash and animal waste back out with you!

We did the Lost Lake trail. We started just after 8am not many on the trail. Spectacular views of the valley. Coming back down there were lots of bikers but no issues everyone was friendly. Super close from downtown.

An exhilarating family bike ride in the most picturesque setting! This is a must do when visiting the Kelowna area. Our 6 year old twins easily managed the 24 km round trip trestle trail. We brought our own bikes but rentals are available.Benches with stunning views are plentiful along the route and there are also a couple of storm shelters and bathrooms available, too. There is also a volunteer staff member who rides back and forth along the trail in case anyone needs help (like a spare tire, for example).Would recommend bringing snacks and water: just be aware of the overly friendly chipmunks who have obviously been fed by humans passing through. Side note: Please don’t feed the wildlife, people! Our family had an incredible experience biking over the 18 trestles! Highly recommend. This was a highlight of our trip to the Okanagan. Our cheeks hurt from smiling so hard!

This park is day use only. The road is paved and good quality dirt. We saw several Class C and Class B RV’s in the parking lot. Bike rental company was onsite midweek in mid May.

Came here with the family because we heard about the history and to see the trestles and tunnels. It did not disappoint. We went just passed the 2km mark from the Myra parking lot which is after the first tunnel. All in it was 5km round trip for us.At the parking lot you can rent bikes and there is also washrooms. The paths and trestles are wide enough for hikers and bikes. We definitely will come here again - maybe go a bit farther.
