Free underground parking. Elevator or escalator access to main floor. Most times there are adequate cashiers so no long waits. For me, the prices are higher than the Loblaws Superstore, a discount store where items are still in cardboard boxes with just the front of the box torn away...so they are saving $ in labor there and can pass it onto the consumer. City Market is similar to Safeway price wise where all items are removed from the boxes and lined up on the shelf with the label facing you, all pretty like. If $ is more important then I'd head on down to Superstore.

its got parking which is super helpful but its loblaws and expensive so we dont really come here unless we need soemthing specific. lonsdale is blessed with tons of independent grocers which offer better deals but dont carry every sauce or spice you may need. which is when we end up having to come to loblaws. its clean tho, havent had any issues with staff or anyone.

Loblaws is awesome, a couple of days ago, I had one hour to kill. So I decided to pick up dinner for my friend and myself. We decided on something easy and wouldn't take 3 hours to do, so we decided on spaghetti. Well,I bought the spaghetti for $1.00 and picked up some onions and peppers and some ground beef. I should of come to just under $10.00But it didn't come to that. It came just over $6.00. That is amazing, feeding two people for Just over $6.00.Thank you Loblaws, you make it affordable to eat in this expensive city.

Not that great honestly. Meat is expensive, TP is expensive. Fruits are expensive., not much kombucha options. Chicken Wraps are just ok, the sub sandwiches are abysmal, do not buy. They dont have any Gurus in the fridges but its definitely cheaper and has more variety than Whole Foods down the road. The staff is friendly enough. If you dont have any other choice you can shop here, it could be worse.

this location is on the edge of boutique and neighborhood grocery. just after the escalator entrance is a full service deli with hot and cold prepared food for takeaway. beyond is a reasonable produce aisle, pharmacy and rows of dry goods with frozen and refrigerated goods along perimiter.an excellent city market all around!

Great location allot of amenities and great food same prices as a superstore in another place and cheaper when it comes to ready made food for example the 8 dollar sandwiches but pay 1 dollar more for soup so its 9 dollars for a sandwich and a soup, but at fresh street its 14.00

I bought the chicken thai soup from here (June 29) , and found a piece of small worm in my soup. I just had to throw away the whole thing. I am not sure what is going on in the kitchen, but will definately not be going back there for food! This is for lonsdale location
