Couldn't decide on a colour but Eunice helped me pick the perfect one! I just got shellac on my nails and I'm very happy with how she shaped it. Overall it was well done. Definitely coming back here again. Booking an appointment is also super easy.

This is the best nail salon in Richmond Hill. I have been going to Nail Shine since the summer of 2022 and they never disappoint. Excellent customer service and I get tons of compliments on my nails all the time. Highly recommend them if you are looking in Richmond Hill.

Lovely, clean salon! Sonia did my bio gel extensions and was very thorough and patient, I was nervous because it was my first time getting my nails done professionally and I didn't know what to expect but Sonia was very patient, gentle with my nails, and caring. Cici and the rest of the team were also very helpful, nice, and accommodating! Cici answered my questions online and helped to book my appointment, and she also recommended a refill in around 3-4 weeks! I love my nails and I definitely consider my visit a very positive experience. Prices were reasonable and sanitation procedures were very thorough! Highly recommend!

There is a reason why this nail salon has such a high rating.First off I’d like to preface by saying that I have sensitive nails and nail beds which usually equates to some bleeding when getting my nails done, whether extensions or a plain manicure. This was far from the truth today! Monica was extremely gently and precise, I felt no pain or sensitivity from her or her tools, or during the curing procedure and no bleeding! (the knicks on my fingers in the photos are from myself beforehand). She was meticulous in cutting my cuticles, filing, buffing and shaping my extensions and would often check in with me to see if it was up to par with what I envisioned. Her attention to detail is second to none and she is just the sweetest.Now, I’d also like to preface by saying that I don’t get my nails done consistently. Nonetheless I’ve tried most nail salons in the GTA and this place always has me coming back. Their salon is clean like anything, doesn’t reek of chemicals, and is the cutest.For those of us who are concerned with logistics revolving around the pandemic, cleanliness and safety is their top priority for both customers and employees. They use clean tools that are individually sealed and opened for each customer, and use fresh hot towels that again, are sealed and only opened and used for a single customer. Not to mention, you are asked to sanitize before you begin any procedure, all employees are correctly masked and wash their hands before beginning anything with their customer. and the plexiglass and spacing between the stations is great!If you’re thinking about getting your nails done for a special occasion or are looking for a new salon to make your go-to, give this place a go!Monica, thank you again for my gorgeous nails!

Nail shine is and always will be my go to place. They have made it such a welcoming and friendly environment with talented nail techs. I’m always happy with my nails and the service I receive!

This is the review you wish you could add 5 more stars to because the 5 just don’t feel sufficient to sum up the experience - To start - and give perspective on the caliber of this outstanding salon and team - I drive almost 40 minutes from my residence to visit Nail Shine each month (without even a flinch) to receive what I know will be an incredible experience…Each…and…every…time. All while living amongst several competing nail salons that I could very easily walk to, but choose not to - as there is simply no comparison.Cici and Richard run an incredibly polished (no pun intended), warm, consistent, friendly, and inviting business - and I know I will never be disappointed. Their effort to go above and beyond and provide a seamless experience for their guests shows their passion for their clients and commitment to their business overall. Absolutely refreshing. They nailed it! (Pun intended)My salon stylists are Monica and Eunice- and simply stated - I have never been in better care - the precision, focus and genuine intention to make me leave feeling like a better version of myself makes me feel so valued. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had moved out of Richmond Hill 1+ years ago and had been on the hunt for another place to go, but I'd been hesitant because Nail Shine Beauty Bar is the standard with which I compare other places. And while I live in an area that has a lot of nail salons NONE OF THEM are even close to providing the same quality that this place! It's well worth the drive because I know I'm getting quality. My nail tech was Olivia and she did such a fantastic job. The shape of my toes are perfect, the colour is exactly what I wanted, perfect for the start of summer! I went with a jelly pedicure which used to be my go to. A part of me was curious to know if it was still as great as I remembered and yes. Yes it is! If you haven't had one, I highly suggest it. The jelly suds" feel so soothing on your feet and skin

First timer at this location. Convenience of online booking. I called to update appt and they still accommodated me. Nikki was the one who worked on Shellac Pedi. Another lady worked on Shellac Mani. Very friendly and nice people. Competitive pricing.

Before finding out about Nail Shine Beauty Bar, I had previously gone to another nail salon in Richmond Hill that used to be great. Unfortunately, the quality of the work went down the drain. I also found out that the gift certificate we purchased for my mother’s birthday was not being accepted! The manager named Kathy told my mom that her gift certificate expired! By Canadian law, GIFT CARDS and GIFT CERTIFICATES DO NOT EXPIRE! I was EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED about that, especially considering that I still went there, even though the quality of work wasn’t that great anymore. That was the last straw. So I did some research online and found Nail Shine Beauty Bar.To be honest, it truly was a BLESSING when I got my nails done at Nail Shine Beauty Bar. Richard, Cici and their staff are very knowledgeable and most importantly HONEST with their customers. They actually fixed my nails because the other nail salon ruined them. The thing that I love about Nail Shine Beauty Bar, is that the owners are not money hungry and want to actually help their clients. They are more concerned in fixing the client’s needs more than ever! It is very rare to find business owners like that now a days.I am the type of person who expects quality over quantity. The main reason for Nail Shine Beauty Bar’s success is the high caliber of the employees. Each time I went in, I had different ladies doing my nails and the work is impeccable each time! I’ve seen different types of nail work on other customers and you can really see that their expertise shows. I definitely recommend Nail Shine Beauty Bar, you will NOT be disappointed!
