Fair service, comparatively less wait time, i noticed there was a scratch after repair from them not sure was it before or after their repair. They do good job but its your responsibility to make sure to check if the vehicle was repaired properly. I would recommend them.

Awesome Body shop. They use genuine spares and are hassle free. Will recommend A&B anytime for collisions covered by SGI.

LIARS!!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE HIGH-AVERAGE RATING HERE!! They've now had our (almost new) vehicle for more than 220 days. Every couple months we get an update saying that the automotive dealership sent wrong parts..or we get updated to find out that our vehicle, still to this day, hasn't been disassembled to the extent of the damages.IM DISGUSTED. This is NOT a professional repair shop. Professionals would know what's required to repair a damaged vehicle. For us however, the cost of damages keeps going up, the time keeps getting extended, and we just keep getting lied to (even after weeks of waiting for a call back) about our vehicle. The service here is embarrassing. I would never recommend A&B Autobody to anyone that needs service or help.

I would say it is a very good service to me. Any time I need to follow SGI claim I just go there. They fixed my truck plus they polished my truck every time.

I haven’t gotten my vehicle repaired by them yet, but the customer service that I’ve received from Jen the receptionist was outstanding and exceptional, she is such an understanding person and so sweet; had me feel assured in their services thank you Jen!!

I couldn't be happier with your service! Right from the start everyone was very nice and helpful, offering me a loner car for the time that my car was in the shop.The job you guys did left my car looking like I never bumped into that bicycle pole. Plus the cost on a windshield repair was the best I could find in the city!The good doesn't stop there, before I left they found damage I wouldn't have seen otherwise. Little dents on the roof from hail damage you could only see under bright indoor lights where reflection creates shadows. They took the time to bring my car back in and show me even tho they didn't have too! (I know this may seem like a negative thing, I'm really happy that someone has that much attention to detail and can point things out like that so thank you!)

Excellent auto body shop... very courteous and professional staff. Used them 3 times in the last few months and very satisfied with results every time. They also cleaned my car in and out, and agreed to swap my tires for no additional charge. If you have an SGI claim, best place to go. If you Google the company be careful , because the phone number that comes up may not be theirs.

I have had nothing but grief from this autobody shop. They gave me a courtesy car that was always breaking down and it took over 3 months to even fix my car though they had all the parts. The owner / boss of the shop had sent unappreciated texts to me. I felt like this companies owners were looking down on me because I have lower income then most and treated me that way. And they are holding my vehicle until I can pay the entire amount owed to them which at first they said we could do payment arrangements. They are very disrespectable and the treatment is very unappreciated and shouldn't be happening to anyone. I will not even give them one star. The boss/owner needs to learn to treat all customers with respect. As if they don't have it figured out that without customers they have no company. I will not recommend A&B Autobody to anyone, I will do the complete opposite.

I just wanna let ppl know, Jenn is amazing! She was very helpful booking my car in for a SGI claim!
