Great quick response, but prices are RIDICULOUS! $450 to install a kitchen sink tap??? For real??? Took me 20 mins to do on my own... And I had never done one before. The plumber probably could have done it in under 10! Ridiculous!

Will not give you a basic quote over the phone. Price at the location was absolutely rediculius, twice higher than any other company. After negotiations didn't have a choice as the service call was 45$.

Extremely high priceThe service call last week was more or less on time completed well and at an on site price that due to dire circumstances I acceptedThe price was extremely high . When I complained to the company I was told they charged by the job not the time taken and kindly offered discounts coupons for future jobs .I do not feel it is unfair to suggest that $310 including tax for the minimal time it took to supply and install a single stainless steel kitchen sink strainer basket is somewhat high.

Service was very prompt and efficient - Denys, the service tech was fantastic. Took the time to explain what needed to be done, and why. He is very personable. Also glad that this was the second time we had him service a home we lived in. (previous service at another location) we knew the service/job would be done well.

I had one of their plumbers come to provide me with a free estimate for a cracked toilet flange repair. (very common problem) I already had most of the work done myself, toilet removed. It just needed a repair flange cover and a wax ring. They quoted me $450.00 + HST for 15 minutes of work and a $28 part. I had a friend do it instead in less than 15 min. This is just my opinion, but that kind of money is way over budget for me.* Of course you have the record of my estimate, how else did you call me to get me to change my review. Why would I provide you with a copy, my work is already done, for 1/10 the price.

Very good experience calling Drain Rescue today. The rep arrived on time and we agreed on the work that needed to get done and a reasonable price. He did not quit until he was satisfied it was solved which really stood out, I do not expect that from a typical service. A very good value considering the attention we got. Would recommend.

Plumber didn't show up to quote the job (was going to cost $45 for just the quote). When I called the girl said he got stuck at another site. Would have been nice to get a heads up, not a great first impression.Edit for below repsonse: I canceled my appointment because they didn't show up during the window they provided. I called and they informed me they would be late, so I canceled and went with someone else.Second edit: They just called and offered me money to remove this review. I will not being doing that.

The technician was not the issue. Great guy, did the work as asked.Overpriced as it was (twice the price of other plumbers - you pay for swiftness / availability), I would have hoped for better service. Between being told I never reached out to them (despite looking at my email), being threatened that they would hang up on me after telling me he didn't have my email and being told my concerns could not be escalated, that he was the guy" I was left with a sour taste in my mouth.I wouldn't purchase their services again
