Very disappointed it was the first time going there and I asked a gender reveal ballon and asked to be careful not to leave any « payette » on the ballons and when I picked up my order there was blue and pink « Payette » all over the ballon so the gender reveal was a flop and 60$ in the garbage…

Very clean well stocked has everything you're looking for

They had Helium for a fair price. 400$ deposit on the tank, ok fair enough. Drove 1 hour to return the tank, forgot the same credit card. They informed us that it was IMPOSSIBLE!!!! to return the 400$ without the same credit card. I've asked around to other stores it absolutely IS!!!! possible. Idiots.

I was looking for these small paper streamers ( old style ) not even at Amazon ... Looked everywhere.... And then I found this place ...it has EVERYTHING for a party of WHATEVER! .. lol

been coming here for many years to get ballon’s. just picked up balloons today and they just popped and scared everyone .. so disappointing. i understand balloons can pop just not worth it the person who served me blew them up way to much. its supposed to be a nice surprise not pop randomly and scare people so embarrassing. not impressed with this party expert at all especially when i called and explained . i called them to see if i can get some kind of credit instead the offer 2 ballon’s why would i need two balloons now when the party is over that sounds very stupid. also they don’t speak english well and have a bad attitude will be making sure i do not go here and others thanks for nothing party experts

A very large and well stocked party store, but... At the time of this review, they had a section of sex party favours and some were very explicit representations of male genitalia. It was not in a back area but in the middle of the store. I understand that sex makes lots of money but having it one isle away from children's party supplies is completely negligent. I will never bring my daughter and sons here which is unfortunate because the rest of the store would be fun for them

Good selection, overall well organised. Prices are on the higher range for costumes, but it's expected. You can find some for good price.

Very good service. Workers know what they're doing and there material.

You cannot go wrong. Friendly staff, quick service, they have variety when it comes to different themes for a party.

The salesmen are very helpful to find the goods what you want.
