Storybrook Sales Office, Sorbara Group of Companies & Tribute Communities

Extremely poor customer service! Purchased a home in 2021. We have been waiting 2 years for them to install the top coat of asphalt on our driveway. We have sent 21 emails to the customer service department with very limited response. They attempted to schedule the install in the middle of a snow storm in the November/2022. We still do not have a top coat of asphalt on our driveway and they have stopped responding to emails.

The Sorbara Service Team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. We have lived in the Storybrook community for 2 years now. Jeremy and Leo's response to queries were prompt and professional along with very friendly and polite service which made them very easy to work with.We always appreciated when Jeremy and Leo followed up with us to ensure the requested work was complete, that truly shows customer care and appreciation.

Lucy and Shane were absolutely amazing to work with. They were friendly, knowledgeable and always made sure all our questions were answered. I really enjoyed speaking with them. They gave great recommendations and they took the time to understand us as a family. They were so genuine and always put the customer first Thank you so much Lucy and Shane!

***This is based on customer service*** Currently building a home in storybrooke and so far I have had great experiences and also disappointing experiences. The staff in the model homes, decor staff and head builder is great. The customer service department who emails back and forth is disgusting, they would rather email back and forth not resolving anything than seeking out an option or alternative or solution. They are also in Toronto, no where near the home build, but yet telling me the status or function of something I have physically seen is good enough when clearly they have not. Ughhh anyway, I pray to god this house is what we thought we were building. Sheesh. The customer service department can completely revamp their office.

Sales office not professional. Neighbours were lied to at the sales office and were told the same ethnicity bought beside them. They bought based on the lie they were told. Found out it was not the same ethnicity living beside them. Not cool to be lied to.

Very happy with my home.Any issue. Looked after immediately.So would recommend this builder.Their service people are amazing.

Went to the opening great entertainment. Loves the fact there was a decor person in some of the models

Very poor workmanship. Terrible builder, very poor quality. They come across as extremely unorganized. Delayed closings, bad service department. Management is a complete mess. Problems, problems problems.....

The Sorbara Service Team has provided us exceptional service throughout our first year and a half of living in Storybrook community. Specifically Jeremy and Leo have been so friendly and easy to deal with! Any issue/complaint/questions we may have had were answered in a timely manner and dealt within a short time frame. All under warranty repairs that have been completed were done professionally and communication has been spot on!

I am not one to write negative reviews but my experience yesterday in the sales office was disappointing to say the least. As soon as we walked in we were met with hostility as we brought our realtor with us to provide support. The sales team was not prepared at all and were super pushy. They had base prices for the homes they're selling but couldn't couldn't tell us a single thing about what any upgrades would cost. Tried to push us to purchase a home before we knew what anything would cost. Felt like a shady used car dealer. Wasn't hard to pass on their homes. If this is customer service and knowledge base, I'm not sure I want to find out what the product is like.
