Dr. HAMILTON and his staff were excellent with me when i went for an overnight study and following appointment. So far, no complaints except that he is hard to get a hold of by phone. I have left messages and they have not been returned otherwise id have given 5 stars.

So hard to get in touch with anyone at this office. I once called 15 times in a 6 hour time frame, and left several messages over the course of a week and no one called me back

Absolutely horrible practise! So unprofessional. Never available, never answer the phones for appointments or emergencies. Just a money making scheme! Too many patients to possibly handle and the rudest, most vicious receptionist that thinks she’s a doctor. If you are looking for actual care and a doctor that will see you, don’t come here!

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 1999 and over the years I have had several sleep apnea tests, some good some bad. The sleep apnea test that I had in Dr Hamilton premises ( Sept.28th. 2010) was one of the worst tests that I have had, it really doesn’t rate a one star. I cannot understand how this man still in business, he really should be locked up. Why have I taken over 11 years to write this review, it’s because I have been listening to horror stories concerning friends, neighbours, acquaintances who have had bad experiences with a sleep apnea test at Dr Hamilton’s clinic.

This Doctors office is a ridiculous if you miss any appointments they will tell you that you have to pay 50.00 if you want to rebook with no reminders of when your appointment is so make sure you set your own reminder!
