Adrianna did a fab job with my brows. She balanced them out perfectly.

This is my third time getting my eyebrows waxed + tinted with Mercedes and I could not recommend her more. She takes her time to make sure she understands what you’re looking for so you’re sure to always get the result you want and her work is clean, precise, and professional. She is also very friendly and great to talk to which makes the whole experience a positive one!

When I arrived home I realized that one of my eyebrows is definitely not the same. 1/8 of inch difference at the start of my right brow. My eyebrows are not balanced. So disappointing!

EDIT: Benefit reached out to me and personally apologized for this situation, less than 24 hours after I posted this review, and I received a refund. Excellent customer service, and I was assured that the esthetician would receive more training/guidance so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Thank you, Benefit!I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted on September 2nd at this location, and never will again. The wax used was clearly not hot enough which resulted in the esthetician yanking harder than normal to get the wax off my skin and which in turn ripped off my skin. I left there with a stinging face and leaking wounds under both my brows. She didn’t even offer to cover up the redness with concealer, which is always offered at my regular location. 4 days later and I still have scabs under both my brows (I’ve included a photo of the worst of the 2). Can’t believe I paid $40 for this. For reference, I’ve been going to another benefit brow bar location for years with no issues.

I’ve been going to the brow bar at Rideau for a bit and I’ve been seeing Adriana! I must say when I first started going, my eyebrows were a hot mess, but Adriana turned them around. She is patient, understanding and is very knowledgeable about the products she recommends. I trust no other person other than her. She is amazing and has such a gentle touch! I highly recommend going to her.

Jessica did such a great job. She was so friendly, so calm and made my eyebrows look amazing. So much so that another employee stopped by and commented on them. It made me feel so glam and so good about myself. I’ll definitely be back and definitely recommend Jessica’s services to my friends!

Took my very nervous 12-year-old to get her eyebrows shaped and tinted. Mehak was incredible!!! She explained everything she was doing, checked-in frequently to ensure my daughter wanted to proceed, and genuinely showed she cared. In my opinion, she went above and beyond. I would recommend to her anyone. Service well worth the time and money ❤️

Regularly go to a benefit brow bar in Toronto so I tried one in Ottawa during their happy hour. The woman made me eyebrows totally asymmetrical and there was no saving them. She tried a bit but I didn’t want her making it any worse so I told her it was enough and to leave it. Just waiting for them to grow back now but a total fail.

Adriana did an excellent job with my eyebrows and was so sweet! She definitely knows what she’s talking about and I will be booking with her again.
