Unfortunately, I have to rate 1. I purchased a Troy Built Ride On lawn mower, and it broke down on the first ride. The manufacturer and the Kent in Bouctouche told me to bring a product that does not fit in a Sedan, Kms away to get fixed. It broke down at no fault of mine, and I have to pay for the broken parts, labor, and delivery. This is not the staff being rude because they were initially helpfull and friendly it's the store policy they have to follow. It felt like once it's out the store it's not their problem it's mine.I thought I would update my review to add that I bought all my parts from your competitor, and used Youtube to fixed my ride on mower by myself. I decided to no longer shop at any of the Kent stores due to this experience. All I wanted was for your store to empathize a bit, and to help me bring my mower to a repair shop.

we came in from out of town for different errands in Bouctouche and this was one of our stops. I didn't end up buying too much but the staff were really helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was being attended to.

Like Kent's for the reason that I'm able to find whatever I'm looking for, well stocked isles .

The young lady was very helpful. She took time to look for the parts in different places in the store and found just what i needed. It would have been nice if she wore a name tag. Thank you good job

Whether you need one washer or bolt or a thousand ,this is the place ,I just love Simone and the paint department that I often go there just to see that million dollars smile ☺, its a secret ,don't tell anybody LOL

Walked in the door and was greated with a smile. We just walked few short feet in the general direction we were looking and a man showed up immediately and asked us if we needed anything for help. We already knew what we needed but he was still great help including helping this out to our car. This was well and above and beyond!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Decent prices given today's economic climate. Found what we needed when out of town.

We have been in a major building project about 30 minutes north of the store and while most of our communications and ordering are via Phil at the Harrisville store, the Bouctouche store has been fulfilling the orders and delivering on-site.The delivery crew(s) have been absolutely fantastic. On time, careful with the materials and rather than just dumping stuff in front like the other guys, they actually bring the materials to where they need to be, all for a very reasonable delivery fee. I have not been a Kent fan in the past but my dealings with the Bouctouche and Harrisville stores over the last 6 months have turned me into a raving fan.We have had many instances of same day or next day delivery on last minute orders while all we get from their competition is the run-around and expensive delivery charges for inferior service. . My only complaint is their lack of a boom truck, but they make up for it with their delivery team.

I went there a couple of times, all the times i went there wetter i was with my dad or a friend there was always a employee stalking and talking about me or my friends, i went there last week to go buy a can of spray paint and some screws, one of there employees was following me around like i was gonna steal something even if i had cash… some people man are disrespectful im never going back to this kent again

Staff here is less than helpful. Went looking for backsplash tile. Was shown a tile that was on sale and wanted to get it. The store showed they had 18 boxes in stock we walked through the warehouse with the staff member for 30 minutes looking for the tile. When it wasn't found he looked it up again and I was priced incorrect and they had none in stock. They weren't willing to honor their price or help find stock at another location. We were told to go somewhere else and the staff member walked away. This is not the first issue at this location I will stop shopping here for future purchases.
