Workers are great. Walked in at 8:30 pm to drop a deposit off. There was 2 passed out people with food and booze on the ground.. definitely don’t feel safe at all there

I actually dred going to this location. I either just don't get done what i need or travel across town. The manger of the front desk is so rude to everyone! I honestly don't know why she works here. I have only delt with 1 nice staff member ever and im not sure she even works there anymore. The staff make you feel unwelcome. Oh and the manger once demanded pitchure id from my 14 year old son! Anyone who knows anything knows a 14 year old dose not have id.

Horrible customer service. I've been banking with BMO for over 10 years, and even then good luck getting anyone to call you back in a timely manner. This has happened to me on multiple occasions, it takes literally weeks for anyone to get back to you even for the simplest of financing requests.Go to a credit union. Rates may be abysmally higher but at least when something needs to get done, it gets done.

very unhelpful and nonprofessional. the service is unacceptable. I was asking for my personal tax slip. but was printed someone else's tax slip. Unless you know exactly what you are asking for, you will not get the right service. The staff needs full training series. They are not supposed to only know simple service, e.g. depositing and withdrawing. I will go to Red River branch rather than this next time.

Nothing but outcasting, centering out a customer. Allie, who had no name tag. Very sarcastic in tone of voice. Was it de- valuing me cause am a First Nation Female? When I says to the customer rep who was serving me at the front in the bank that she was rude during processing my request as she did not want to listen. She did not hear me or she wanted to prove her authority. Allie needs to be coached on how she talks and communicates with customers. She is not professional. Allie the customer rep has no compassion for her customer. Shame on you!

the branch manager Candace LaFrance makes it a sport to make your life difficult and offers no explanation. service is inconsistent at best. just avoid her or new hires who don't know squat about their job but are left unsuperivsed.

This location has a drive through. That is helpful. I never went into the branch while visiting so I can't say how it is in there.

I could not be more impressed with the help I received at this branch with a complex banking issue (and I'm not even a regular customer here). Peggy Lim was tremendously efficient, accommodating, and helpful. 100% recommend.
