Whenever I need a new phone or assistance with navigating my Bell services I come to this location and am always taken care of by Tara. She is very knowledgeable with the information she is providing and is patient/respectful to her clients which is huge when providing customer service.

These ladies are Awesome and I will never go anywhere else! Such great customer service like we used to have in the good old days!! Thanks for allYou do!I went back a few weeks ago and again, such good service, patience and kindness! Would not go anywhere else!! I went into the Lindsay store (Whitney Town Centre) to switch my son's Virgin plan over to a Bell plan. I have dealt with this store in the past and have always received great service. This time around, Tera helped us. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and fully explained the next steps. The transition was a lot easier than I expected. Thanks Tera for your great customer service!!!
