Canadian Tire

Needed a new microwave and store item locater provided location. I couldn't find it so asked some staff and they found it and helped me get it on to my cart. Cashier was very nice and offered to have someone to help to load in car but I declined. A quick and positive experience!!

I'm impressed by the team at the auto service center. True professionals, they talk to you like a real human being, not just another face. They take the time to listen and provide vital information and suggestions. A team that I trust and respect.

Have yet to recieve a response. Goes to show that racism is alive and well at candian tire. I think the surrounding communities need to be aware. Ive never experianced anything like this atbthis location previouse to this visit.Walked in to the garage and didn't realize it was so close to closing 6pm. I was met with disgusted and disapproving looks by all 3 staff members. I tried to apologize and was quickly cut of by the lady and the gentleman helping me. I then tried to again say something about coming in so close to closing and was again cut off. I remained polite said thank you and was ignored. I don't know if it was a racial issue or just a bad day for these staff members. I will be sure to share this experience with my community and loved ones. I never thought I would be made to feel like a nobody by people who agreed to the standards set by Canadian Tire.

I recently used the automotive repair/service department in Cold Lake, Alberta. I was not able to find a link for review on the website. I wanted to say how impressed I was with the service. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was worried about my car making noises only in idle and they took a drive to see what was wrong, showed me error code on the reader and showed me under the hood in detail what pieces needed fixing. They fixed the problem quickly & affordably. Note this is my first car and I am a new driver so happy they were willing to give me there time and knowledge. Thank you to the manager and mechanic Mike.

This is a bit of an oddball Canadian Tire.So first off people actually work here, you can always get help when you need it.The store has a VERY large selection compared to other locations, has got to be the largest outdoors section ive ever seen.BUT the store is extremely cramped. You cant fit 2 carts next to each other anywhere in the store. Its a constant hassle to move around because there is no room.

Went on a Sunday morning and was treated to a private shopping experience! As the greenhouse isn't open yet, they allowed us to go in and get the dirt and peat moss needed. Thanks to the great front end staff!

I don’t usually do this, but with how amazing Maddy, Dale and David have treated me and helped me with my car in a fast manner and the kindness they have shown, has been amazing and will only ever be coming back to here for my car! Honestly best place to get your vechile fixed! Amazing amazing is all I can say.

Took my car in to get the winter tires changed to summer, and a wheel alignment. I was quoted $420 for this…Then they told me they couldn’t do the alignment because my ball joints “had play” 1 ball joint is only 2 months old and the other is less than a year old. Somehow they still came to the $420 amount so I said “that’s what I was quoted before and you didn’t do the alignment”.Then he begins to tell me it’s because they did an inspection (which I didn’t ask for) and when I asked what they found wrong they said just my oil “ might leak or burn” and the ball joints(which are knew) When I already know that I need new sway links and I have a loose exhaust pipe… among other things. So obviously they didn’t do the inspection and only charged me for it. Not impressed will never go back.Will be going to get a second opinion and pursuing further action on this.

The product I was searching for was available. The online search engine is usually quite accurate as to which aisle has the desired product and it is accurate in listing how many are available.
