In my experience okay Tire was a phenomenal service station. They were incredibly professional. They gave a very precise explanation on what was wrong with my vehicle. Their price was fantastic! I will be taking my vehicle back to them in the future whenever maintenance is necessary.

Tried booking an appointment a few times. They don’t do alignments so that is fair, but it took multiple online requests to get that answer.Second time they just ignored my request for a simple winter/summer tire swap appointment request.Can’t speak to the actual workmanship, but the customer service hasn’t been great so I’ll just go elsewhere.

These guys are real gentlemen and they are very generous. I came almost at the closing time for a puncture repair whereas other shop( mr. Lube) told me it’s not repairable. They were very kind and did a very good job in a very efficient manner.

I had a bad flat tire and they fitted me into their busy day and got me back on the road again in time to catch my ferry. Great service, so kind and I was really impressed and grateful!

They weren't able to accommodate me in the time frame needed so gave me a really good recommendation where to go instead. Super appreciated it and got my issue solved. Have gone to them in the past and nothing but good things to say.
