Amazing experience. Hired right out of school in my field of study, and that was in big part due to my teacher, Ms Merr. She was so supportive, and extremely knowledgeable, with many years in the field to draw on. My life got crazy part way through and she helped me every step of the way and made sure I could complete my course. Can’t recommend her as a teacher enough. You’ll never find a teacher more compassionate, intelligent, and funny as her. Thanks for everything Merr!

As a mature student, it was intimidating starting back at school. I had been out of school for 3 years and was looking to start a fresh career in the dental field. I decided to apply to westervelt college after lots of research and enrolled in the dental assisting program. Right from the start my academic coordinator, Verity, was very helpful. She provided me with all the direction I need and was patient with me and all the questions I had. I started the program in may 2021 and have not looked back. My teacher, Tammy, has been such a light throughout my experience. She has provided the class and I with all the guidance we’ve needed, has always made sure everyone understood the material at hand, and has been welcoming to all. I am so happy I choose Westervelt College for my education and would recommend the school, program, and my teacher to anyone who asked.

After years of being unfulfilled with my career I decided to return to school as a mature student. I researched local schools and found that Westervelt had what I was looking for. I was very nervous about going back to school at this stage in my life but I was blessed with an amazing teacher (Tammy) who has helped me so much in the time I have been at Westervelt. She has been so very welcoming and accepting of everyone. She has helped me to restore my faith in myself and believe in my capabilities in my dental program. She is always here for Us with any questions or concerns we may have. I needed to get a part time job in my field of study since OSAP didn't cover all expenses and Tammy went out of her way to help me find a position very quickly. I owe her alot and don't know what I would do without her. I feel so very lucky to have her as my teacher. I can't wait to see what the future holds.

So far I'm loving my course here! The teacher is amazing. The staff are usually willing to speak to you and help deal with different issues. The class times are really good as I am a parent of a young child it's very good to know I'm not in class all day. Though I can't speak for the other courses of the school. We are getting more students so I'm happy to see the course getting more attention. I'm hope this will continue to move the school in a forward direction and allow more professionals to come out of the school and move into the fields they have chosen and been successful.

I studied Child and Youth Care With Addictions Support Work from 2021 to 2022.I have gained knowledge from this program that will be useful in my personal life and future career.Anderson College has added many things to assist students once they have finished their programs. The ladies working in the front office are very professional, even with the traffic of students attending the College.Overall, I was treated as an adult from the beginning and was shown respect throughout my program.I recommend this school to individuals just completing high school and those looking to extend their career opportunities.

It’s a difficult course with continuous intake however our teacher Miss MERR makes life easier for the students with so much assistanceI love the amount of information you learn. It was exciting to learn and get better opportunities for employment. Many benefits to attending this college. The people make the difference. My teacher made my learning experience awesome. Took my nerves and showed what I knew to build confidence. Loved it. Going to miss it when I’m done.

Wouldn’t recommend attending if you don’t have too. I wish more than anything I researched more about my options for what I took. Stay away from the private colleges. Wish I had fought my tuition/said something before graduating waste of time and money I feel uneducated and I’m two years into my FEILD — I don’t wish to contact the school I was a student in 2019 and graduated 2020. I don’t wish to be contacted but my review is quite genuine under the westvelt name - perhaps Anderson college handles things differently but changing names doesn’t change my review for my experience at westervelt which is now Anderson college — just because my identity isn’t verified here doesn’t make my review invalid either.

I had a great experience attending Anderson College. As an older student I was a little apprehensive to go back to school. I chose the MOA program and was treated with open arms and respect. I would recommend Anderson college to anyone who wants to further their education. My instructor, Mierritt Miller was fantastic. Always ready to help you and very supportive. This was one of the best experiences of my life.
