My experience getting a custom engagement ring from Aret was exceptional.Aret was incredibly patient and took the time to educate me on the process and design components of building a ring. He was genuine with his advice and always kept budget in mind, which made the entire experience stress-free.What really stood out to me about Aret was his level of detail and craftsmanship with the ring. Aret even went through two prototypes before we came up with the final design, which speaks to his dedication to getting the ring just right. What also stood out to me is his level of flexibility. He always did whatever he could fit me in for follow-up appointments, even if it was last minute, which I was extremely thankful for.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. I would recommend Livia to anyone who is looking for the perfect ring! Aret was so easy to work with, knew exactly what I wanted for my engagement ring and when we went back to buy our wedding bands. We had a fantastic experience with Livia Diamonds. Aret is both professional and genuine. His process will put you at ease so you can focus on the big day.I wanted to make the proposal a surprise, but also have my significant other involved in the design process. Aret's prototype process is perfect for this scenario. The prototype has a silver band and cubic zirconia stone, just as described in his videos, and it is incredible how realistic it is. I requested the ring by a certain date and Aret and his team delivered as promised.After the engagement we had a great day in Toronto that included a design appointment for the final ring. Aret is extremely patient and will help ensure you design and receive the ring of your dreams. My fiancee and I were both blown away with the final ring, it is stunning.Livia Diamonds has a great design studio in the heart of Toronto.
