Parts department has to be the slowest I’ve ever seen they have 3 people at the counter and two don’t know anything, next time I’ll get my parts some place else waited 30 min to talk to someone cause they are incompetent

I bought a motorcycle there in September of 2022. Friendly and knowledgeable staff from the sales to finance. I gave them a 3 stars because I called 3 times to service my brand new motorcycle and each time I never got a call back. I basically gave up and had to revert to doing my first oil change myself.

I have never bought a bike here but I know someone who’s bought several and didn’t complain about anything.I have bought several OE Honda parts for various bikes/ATV’s and it’s never a simple transaction. Don’t call for parts, you’ll probably be on hold forever with the receptionist picking up every 5 minutes and asking if you want to hold longer…. Go to the store with the exact part numbers you’re looking for (the older gentleman is a little rough but knows his stuff, the younger employees are useless). If you decide to order from them, don’t believe the one week delay you’re promised (assuming the part’s not in stock), it’ll take 2-3 weeks and every time you inquire about the order, they’ll have some lame excuse or blame it on Honda parts depo. I don’t think they realize/care about how easy it is to order stuff online and receive it on the promised date. The prices are often the same.

Been a customer at Contant for the last 30 years, now I’ve been dealing with the store in Vaudreuil, called last week to bring my my snowmobile in to have it summarized, and the girl said she would call me back in a week to make an appointment. Never called me back so I called today May 5 and spoke to the girl service who was super rude arrogant and told me we do not take a snomobile at this time of the year. It’s Motorcycle season. I said you were supposed to call me back and you never did. She said I don’t know anything about it not my problem. I said I just want the carburetor cleaned. That’s all I need. She said we can’t get parts. What do you not understand? I just bought a new ski doofor next year and paid $26,000 for it. I’m kind of concerned about what kind of service I will get with my new ski doo ! if I could cancel my NEW Ski Doo from this store I would ,customer service is gone down and it’s terrible. The girl is super rude. Going to make a complaint Monday at the store. If this is the way, they treat customers, please stay away. After trying to have my problem solved, we came to agreement to have my schedule done in October. But just to bring you up to date I said I will give them another chance I called this week. Spoke to Sean at service was very helpful. I need a part for a Sea-Doo. He could not answer me as he was not sure. He said he will transfer me to the service department so I could talk to a mechanic. Well of course somebody took my name and phone number and said a mechanicWill call you back shortly that day and ask about the information to give me an answer. Well here we are three days later no phone call no return and nothing once again Contant thank you. Do not rely on customer service at this store as it is nonexistent.

I rode a Harley for many years and decided to go Spyder.First incident, I was given 1 working key and 1 blank and told to go have it cut and return to have it programmed…The programming took about 1 hour as no one knew exactly what to do so they followed the book, they had to take the front part of the bike apart.The back luggage case did not lock, had to return to repair it.Side luggage compartment did not open, went back, left the bike and was told the handle broke while they we're repairing it and ordered a new lock. Went back again. They washed my bike, I left and noticed the bike must have been washed with a dirty tag…It was, with an oily tag, washed again.Someone was supposed to program my radio, no one knew how, I had to go back, someone worked on it for over an hour, did not finish, I had to go back again, the guy did not work there anymore.I tried to program the radio system myself, was not able to and a year later, I still do not know how it works.It would be nice if someone there called me to return again and program the system for me, this should have been done when I took the bike out..I love my machine, the service manager Mark goes out of his way to satisfy clients, but with the shortage of staff, it is pretty difficult.Will I purchase another Spyder? Yes, but I will not take delivery of it until everything is working and the radio system is programmed. Also, the GPS that comes with the machine does not have any maps in it, this is an extra, you purchase through an app.2 of my Sons who will be looking for trikes, they are undecided what they will get.There some other small issues that were resolved.It is not easy to have to keep taking off work, driving to Vaudreuil and waiting for the bike to be serviced. It would be nice if they had a loaner program.

Contant did the 100hr inspection on my SeaDoo. After that, the PWC was not driving properly. The first thing I did was test the oil level. Bingo! There was too much oil - way too much oil. The service department said it’s not possible and were completely unhelpful in finding a solution. Now I have to purchase an oil extractor to fix their mess.

I initially had a bad service from Sales person Eric, but when I escalated their branch manager JF is a super star, and went above a beyond to resolve the issue.In addtion, Mageed in service is amazing, and provided great recommendations and tips.The customer service lady is a super star.Their parts shop , Shan is amazing as well.Overall great experience .

The worse service I have ever had. Ordered a KTM Super Duke 1290 R EVO and I have to constantly go there to get information, this is 2 weeks after delivery date, which was NEVER delivered. Damaged in Crate" sent to paint shop who cannot get it painted. Over a dozen messages left for salesman "Nicolas Prevost" whereas I continuously have to personally drive there and get information. So fast to take deposit without any care for the customer satisfaction. The minimal task of keeping the client up to date with latest information is not even done. So simple to blame COVID on lack of staff
