I am a stickler regarding customer service. Whether I am spending a $1 or a $1mil, the service must be impeccable; otherwise, I will offer a review that reflects the service/s that I received.When the Calgary market started to boom in 2021, I sought assistance from two Realtors whom I believe could lead me in the right direction to make the best choice for a property. I was not impressed by the calibre of their services. Likewise, I felt they did not have my best interest at heart, and their focus was merely on obtaining a sale.I recall seeing an email from Keval Shah. I called, and from the onset, I detected honesty, and the conversation flowed freely. The manner in which Mr. Shah spoke emitted trust, honesty and transparency. He was very patient as I asked a zillion questions, and the latter was a true testament to his character as it relates to being patient. Likewise, he listened attentively to understand my needs clearly.Mr. Shah invited me to the Office and spent over two hours explaining and providing options. I was mesmerized that a Broker would spend so much time.
