...I've been a Client since 2008, for the Past 14+ yrs, and can honestly say that the Awesome Doctor's (Baldock) and Support Staff (Amanda & Ashley), have NEVER Disappointed, as Professional, Caring, Friendly... and have Always gone Above & Beyond with their Services provided... I Strongly Recommend them, and would Go to No other place in Regina.... Amanda & Ashley are Awesome Service Tech's !I'm a Very Happy & Satisfied Repeat Customer !

I had to wait a month for my glasses to come in. I was told 2 weeks. After two weeks I ordered a pair off the internet and had them before the ones from FYI for a quarter of the price. Unless you want a specific brand or have a complicated prescription, I don't see the need to pay these extreme mark ups to wait a month and have them bend the frames around your ears.

The doctors and staff are incredible at the Rochdale branch. The amount of frames they have are unbelievable, which made it easy to find some frames. The staff treat you like you are family. Great job FYI!!!

My Ophthalmologist referred me to Dr. La as she is experienced with scleral contact lenses. She was friendly, professional and competent. The staff was patient and accommodating.I am quite satisfied with the results and I will use them again.

I had my routine check up here and the appointment was smooth and friendly with the friendly technician and doctor. Afterwards, I had Ashley who is one of the optical associates help me through picking out some nice looking glasses. She went out of her way to help me find the right fit. I usually struggle with finding stuff that looks great on me but she made it a fun and easy time. Great experience and great service

I have been coming here for years now and every time I come in everyone is always very helpful and attentive. Ashley is always a pleasure to deal with and she has always been able to find a pair of frames that are exactly what I’m looking for. I have been trying to find the perfect pair of glasses, and was shopping around, but was unable to find the right pair. When I went to the Rochdale location of FYI doctors, I was immediately greeted by Jessica, and she helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. Her customer service and knowledge of the different brands was excellent. She went through all the options for lenses and frames and made sure I made the best choice for my budget. I would highly recommend Jessica for all your eyeglasses and sunglasses needs!

DR . Kimery And Amanda have provided such outstanding service to our family.Dr . Kimery always provides the most professional care and ensures that you are fully knowledge about your eyes.Amanda makes the process of picking out and choosing frames so easy.Recently we were dealing with an issue with my daughters sunglasses. The customer service that we received was over and above any exceeded any of our expectations.
