Very pleasant hair stylist...did a good cut but Ì found it expensive....over $50 even if you have shoulder length hair and you just want the ends trimmed. Supposedly it is a standard

I generally go here for my haircuts (shoulder length) & have seen different stylists. Consistently good haircut results. Always pleasant & friendly staff. Pricing is reasonable.

I had my hair coloured today byCallista S , and she did an amazing job on my hair ! I absolutely love it ….. she’s kind , nice to chat with & a very talented stylist!!! I would highly recommend this salon & Callista. I will definitely be back in the future for all my hair needs !!!Thankyou so much

Went to get a trim on my grown out pixie cut, the hairstylist ended up cutting the one side of my hair off and barely touching the other side. I’m now stuck with one side of the head shaved, and the other side down passed my ear. Definitely wasn’t a trim and wasn’t what I asked for.

I asked for a choppy Pixie, something really short, with lots of texture. I was rushed through, and I was given a mens cut.She also clipped a huge chunk out of my side burn burn it looks awful.Fact is she did not finish my cut. That was 2 days ago, I cried for an hour after washing my hair the first time today because I have to spend time and money I cannot afford to get it fixed. My husband is in the hospital and has been for 6 mths, I have no time or money. This haircut was a treat for myself and now I can't even look at myself. My cut compared to what I asked for.

I phoned in to see if anyone was available in 15-20mins, the lovely lady on the phone said yes we can get you in, I’ll take your info when you get here. When I got there another lady was at the front desk. She told me they were all booked up because there was an online booking. I am traveling to Calgary and don’t have time to be waiting around and going to other locations. This is why I called ahead of time! Very Poor customer service!!!

Went in for a much overdue cut. Trinity did a little consult and I left with exactly what i wanted - product too! Didn't feel pressured or talked down to, but I did know what i wanted. And we talked colour for the future! Worth the trip to me.

I went here a few months ago with dark brown hair. I went in and told the receptionist I wanted to go blonde and got the reaction I assumed. She said it would be a lot of work considering how dark my hair is but she’ll make me an appointment with one of “their best” stylists. I told Johnny that I was naturally blonde and want to go back to that color and will take as many steps as it takes to get there. He then started to bleach my hair and ended up giving another person a haircut while I was sitting there with bleach in my hair. The whole process took about 5 hours and $400 which was understandable. I told him I had really bad layers done he said there was nothing he could do so he didn’t cut any of my hair. My hair turned yellow in a week and no longer held curls. It was as dead as you can imagine. When I got it cut a few months later the stylist told me I’m lucky I didn’t lose my hair it’s that dead. Should’ve taken it as a red flag when johnny was cutting someone else’s hair when their was bleach in mine. My hair is still trying to heal from this experience. Never coming back.

Getting Unite hair products sticker shock on some regular used products..service is always good, can't say much why increase of $10 to $15 per bottle increases..yikes
