I frequently visit this gas station as it is located conveniently on my route to the 401. The parking lot is easily accessible, but unfortunately, it can be extremely difficult to get out of at peak times. The steady flow of traffic on the street makes turning left out of the parking lot almost impossible, as there is rarely an interruption in passing cars.

On Oct 31, I purchased gas and a car wash at 01:00AM which required pre-paying. When I went to fill up the wrong pump was set for me so I had to change pumps and when I was going to the car wash. The car wash was closed and the cashier would not refund it. I was asked to come tomorrow, this is not convenient for me as I am from out of town. I don't understand why they would sell a car wash to me when it is closed. The time spent on a simple fill up was approximately 20 minutes.

Just went through your car wash and it didn't work properly. Addressed gagan the employee working. She said I had to come back Monday.. maybe train your employees or have a manager on the weekend so they can do there job.

Due to its convenient location on my way home, I have frequented this gas station on several occasions. While the parking lot is easily accessible, it unfortunately becomes quite difficult to leave during peak hours. I come sunday in this gas station. I want to fill my tank with 80$ he told we do not accept cash large than 50$What is non sense reason, he told that i will get shortage with moneyIf i want 20$ fuel and giving 50$Than he will also give 30$ change

I am in complete agreement with all of the negative reviews. I just had what I now realize is a typical customer service experience at this station. For the past two years I have been filling up here once or twice per week and using the car wash. Today, for the first time, I was unhappy with the results from the car wash. When I brought it to the attention of the employee, Anthony, he became very aggressive and started making all kinds of excuses, blaming the weather, etc. He then stepped outside, looked at my car from one angle for a couple seconds and told me it was clean. End of conversation. I am really not used to service this bad! I was caught completely off guard by his obnoxious, accusatory and aggressive attitude. I had a legitimate complaint, I’ve been a loyal customer, I spend a lot of money at this station. It was extremely disappointing. I will not fill up here again.

Avoid this gas station at all cost , scammers!you have to pay extra $$$$$ than other gas station.

So I noticed that the gas here was 3 cents more at only my pump. I then went in to notify the employee and he went oops I didn't change the price. It's changed now. I said ok I already paid. So do I beg a refund. He says no you already paid. After I said that makes no sense he said you already paid I can't change it. Unbelievable. Sounds like a scam to me and a lie. I I have the receipt as proof. Don't go here

Clean, no line, prices are much cheaper than in Preston.

Such a Friendly staff especially Savreen kaur always welcomes with a great smile. Love to visit for gas and car wash.
