Been waiting about the black mold in my attic for almost TWO years. We keep getting the run around. Typical strata company.

It's a great property management company! The person here is so nice!

Absolutely brutal company to deal with, terrible and getting back to customers or getting anything done. Avoid using this company at all costs.

Called after hours emergency line because there was a leak in the sprinkler room which we do not have access to. The operator gave the wrong unit number to the person coming to look at our sprinkler room. When the operator called back to tell me it had been assessed and they said there was nothing wrong, I insisted that no one had come to look at it and it clearly is leaking water as I can hear it spraying through the door. The operator proceeded to tell me she could not help me and was not going to question the assessment that apparently was already made. Then proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back to ask her why she hung up on me and to figure out what went wrong she hung up on me again. Finally someone showed to look at what was leaking and reported to us that the operator gave the wrong unit number, so he reported there was nothing wrong since he showed up at the wrong unit initially. I am disgusted by the behavior of the after hours operator. She should not be treated home owners this way. She was the one who gave the wrong unit number to begin with but had no problems hanging up on owners that were very concerned about there being a leak. So unprofessional! Why don't you hire some kind, thoughtful and caring people who really want to make sure home owners are taken care of. I am just stunned and this behavior! Absolutely disgusted at the way I was treated!

Garbage company. They didn't handle ouR strata budge properly with the strata council. This resulted in permanent damage.AVOID!!! THIS COMPANY SUCKS!
