Stephanie Minz is an amazing massage therapist. Her knowledge of anatomy is beyond thorough, enabling her to identify potential sources of muscle problems. She then uses a variety of techniques to target them. She listens well, both to what you are saying and how your body is reacting to her massage, establishes a positive environment for treatment, and goes the extra mile by suggesting home exercises that will help to address problems. She is truly great at her work. I recommend her without reservation.

Years ago I had a very bad physio experience, and reserved judgment on this visit. I told Karen about my bad experience and she eased my mind, was very friendly, very knowledgeable and explained everything as we went through the initial assessment. She was totally honest and told me I was going to hurt after. I have ready booked 2 subsequent visits with her and I am looking forward to starting my healing process. The office is nice and bright and they use private rooms for their clients which is far better than an open room with curtains! It's nice to have that sense of privacy. (Far more relaxing if attached to a machine)They direct bill direct so no out of pocket expenses to have to be reimbursed for.I would recommend.

I needed follow up Physio from surgery 2 years ago. Maheshi was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She gave me exercises that I can do to get more mobility in my wrist and hand. It will get me going on doing them again. Thank you!

Maheshi is absolutely amazing! She listens carefully to what your concern are and puts a plan in place.She is very friendly easy to talk to, just a wonderful personality….I would recommend her hands down.The front desk are also very friendly and caring.Wonderful experience!

My first visit to Turtle Bay Physiotherapy was fantastic! Brooklyn was pleasant, welcoming and a good sport in helping me keep my appt a bit of a surprise. I know full well how good Maheshi is in her field! I have seen her as my physiotherapist for some time now, back when she was working in Vernon. I am thankful she didn't go to far. I will happily commute to continue on with Maheshi. Aside from her obvious beautiful smile, cheery disposition and abundance of humor. Maheshi is excellent at hands on therapy and acupuncture. Assessments are thoroughly done and is excellent at execution of treatment and welness plans. Today's treatment was on point! lol ; ) Thank-you Maheshi! Great job! Great clinic! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone! Don't pass up on a one of a kind experience! 5 stars hands down!!!

Karen has a wonderful way about her! She actively listens, explains treatment options clearly and is very attentive during the entire session! I had to bring my four month old daughter to our appointment and Karen was very accommodating. We have a knowledgeable gem in Lake Country with Karen!
