Just had two chefs knives sharpened here by Eric. Awesome experience end to end. Our knives have never been so sharp. They cut amazingly. He was able to fix a job which someone else had butchered just prior. He even lent us a knife to use while ours were being sharpened. Highly recommended!

Cutting Edge Sharpening has revived my knives. I had forgotten what a difference a properly sharpened knife makes when preparing food. A sharp knife requires less effort, and you're not looking for the sweet spot" that works better than other parts of a duller knife. I sent out 4 knives for sharpening

My knives are so much better than they have ever been. So much so that I feel that I have to relearn how to use them. And, this includes two el-cheapos that I had for close to 30 years. Fantastic work and reasonably priced. I know where I will be going to maintain them.
