Asked this place for a favour of soldering my usb-c port back onto a pcb, and Aiden fulfilled this request flawlessly! My hitbox controller works even better than before and I am overwhelmingly satisfied! Friendly service, amazing job! Very surprised they took this project in as this was not a phone repair problem, I am very grateful, and sure to use their services again! Thank you so much, you guys saved me so much trouble and made my whole month!

After cracking my screen protector I jumped on Facebook to ask the moms of Okotoks where to get a new one that would install it for me, 99% of the comments were this place. So I decided to give this place a shot, I was not disappointed. I was greeted by two very friendly gentleman who were an absolute delight to chat with while they put a new protector on.I 100% recommend this business, friendly staff and they seem to genuinely care about their customers and the service they provide.I will definitely be back for any of my technology needs.

My charger broke inside my charging port and I went to get it fixed, they did it for free and it took 3 seconds. The guy that helped me was super nice would definitely recommend

I've had great service at Phonephix on several occasions. They've helped me out with screen repairs, battery issues, and replaced my laptop screen. The other day I walked in with my one-year-old phone that wouldn't turn on. They were able to start it up within a few seconds and didn't charge me for their time. I will be back!

Walked in for my teenager’s broken phone. Fixed it in 30seconds. Friendly, knowledgeable, relatable! Walked out with a fixed phone and 2 new to us phones for the family. Highly recommend!!
