The staff here are really friendly and helpful. I have gone quite a few times and the staff always give out recommendations of new candies and introduces me to others that fit my taste. Never let me down! Great place to go for excellent service with covid restrictions too!

every time i come here the staff are super friendly & they always have my favourite snacks in stock !

Last Wednesday at around 6:30 I was handing out resumes around the mall, and when I went into Freak Lunchbox the worker gave me an awful stare and shouted at me across the store in a very rude way “we aren’t hiring.” And I said “oh I’m sorry I just wanted to ask if there were any positions” and she said “no. We don’t take resumes either. Get out”, I understand they weren’t hiring but I only walked in with a piece of paper, I didn’t harm anyone or do anything disrespectful, I was still a customer in this establishment, resume or not and it left me really hurt and feeling disrespected. This was the only location in the mall that wasn’t completely sweet. Most places were extremely kind and often had a conversation with me or complimented me, freak lunchbox was simply rude and disrespectful. As a former lover of the company, it makes me not want to visit this location anymore.

There was fruit flies in the candy bins. Someone is going to get sick from this filth. Way to expensive for a un clean nasty non sanitary place. Would not recommend. On the way out I almost slipped on a jujube. This place is trashy like it's staff.

Nice selection that seems to rotate. My only issue is how cramped it is, especially when there are 8 or 9 others in the store with you.

Interesting selection, but prices can be a bit high for junk food.

Best place to get food for a movie!
