Worst service ever! The employee were rude and made up policies on the spot that dont match the policies of the store. Make sure what u bought is right because they have the worst return sevice. Rude staff.

Ils ne respectent pas les garanties de Pandora n'acceptent pas les échanges d'un bracelet trop grand pour un petit acheté en ligne. Les employés disent que le propriétaire ne veux pas car il est Franchisé et non une Coopérative. J'ai acheté a deux reprises aux Promenades plus jamais j'y retournerai je vais faire quelques kilomètres de plus pour avoir du service.

Never answer phone

My poor 11-year-old son had the most disturbing and upsetting experience in the Les Promenades Gatineau Pandora store. He purchased a charm of a heart and arrow and was told that if he changed his mind it could be returned. Once he came out of the store he asked me if a heart and arrow meant love for a mom or romantic love" so I explained that it's usually a sign of romantic affection. His reaction was "I have to go back in and change something". He then returned a minute later crying because they said it could not be returned because it was final sale. He was not told this nor was it noted on the receipt that he couldn't return it. I escorted him back to the store and calmly asked to have it returned however

J'ai magasiné au Pandora des Promenades Gatineau. J'ai eu un service impeccable, attentionné et patient. Je magasinais pour le cadeau de fête de ma fille et me suis laissé tentée pour moi également.

Boutique à éviter. Le service après vente est nul et ne respecte pas les politique de Pandora. À la limite, je me questionne sur la légitimité de ce franchisé par rapport aux politiques Pandora. Pour un 10 min. de plus, Pandora au centre d'achat St-Laurent la place à aller pour achats et retours en boutique.

Really bad location stood in line for an hour. Only two girls working there but their was a total of four people. This isn't the first Pandora location that has poor service I'm starting to think Pandora hires just anybody and don't care about their clients

I went to Gatineau to visit my cousin and wanted to get her a gift. I called at least 5 times to check if they had a specific charm. Out of 5 times, two times they actually picked up the phone and hung up on me. I'll take my business elsewhere because they clearly don't care about their customers.
