My friend recommended this place and Im kinda mad she did lol . Cost me $50 for a full set that was not even well done , nail tech did not remove cuticles or anything which resulted in my acrylics lifting and its only been a week ... Plus staff is rude , except that one tech with the glasses shes nice . All in all dont go here .

Friendly service, the place is clean and they accept interact.——-Update to original post:I had given four stars but now I would give them only two because the service has deteriorated. I feel now they are rushed and a bit aggressive. I’ve got a nail infection since my last pedicure because the girl cut too much.I am not going back again.

They are super nice always having fun it is a great atmosphereI scratch my nails polish while he was doing it (I’m really clumsy) and he did it again like I scratched it like three times.then they’re super honest and They really want you to like what they do and you can feel it.He wanted my nails perfect he was really meticulous I ask for nails art And he really did it well asked me all through it if I liked itAmazing experience plus it was my first time putting fake nails I highly recommend this place plus it’s not expensive I wouldn’t say cheap but really affordable

I visited the salon for the first first time, referred by my friend but the guy who did my nails was very rude and was getting angry for no reason. All I asked him politely to suggest if other colour would like on my hands or not. He got so agitated and talked to me very rudely. They definitely don't know who to respect client and their business.Very poor service. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Highly terrible run business. Very rude, unwelcoming and inconsistent. They told me to come in at 10:15am for an appointment and when I showed up they said they told me to come in at 10am and that they've replaced my appointment with someone else who called and said she could be there asap. This is the second time they've done this. They genuinely don't care to honour appointments, whoever can come in faster is what they go for. And they aren't accommodating when they make these mistakes either. There are tons of better, more respectful places close by so I'm changing places now, just a shame that they operate like this.

I have been to this place multiple times, their work might be good but their professionalism goes out the window the moment a client walks in. I recommended this place to multiple friends and each one of them had a terrible experience with Jimmy. He is extremely rude whenever he is asked to fix something which he actually messed up in the first place. To be specific, he rolled his eyes and constantly made facial expressions which was extremely disrespectful. It is very disappointing to see customers treated that way and quite shameful to even have recommended it. I understand that you might be having a bad day, but you should never treat your customers that way when running a business. It not only ruins their experience but significantly lessens their chances of coming back.

I had gone to this nail salon for years with a 2 year break during the pandemic. Coming back recently the nail technician I used to see was not there and I finally had a service by Jimmy. I paid for a manicure and pedicure and it might be the worst nail salon experience of my life. No exaggeration.I put two stars because before Jimmy, I loved coming here.I was a loyal customer for 3 years and I am never ever coming back. He made me feel like I was a burden, annoying and stupid. The pedicure wasn’t complete, neither was the manicure. The nails were extremely thick and the shape was awful. All that aside, I showed him a picture of what I wanted and rather than helping me with my colour choices based on the picture, he threw the nail colours at me and told me to pick them all out.He must either be part owner, or the owner doesn’t care about their clients for him to be there. He literally hates what he does and he hates all of us.
