Just wanted to give a real big shout out to Taylor and all the staff at Penticton Towing for always going above and beyond for me. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with them several times now and I always feel so taken care of! They really go the extra mile for their customers and it never goes unnoticed! A huge thank you and a whole lot of gratitude from this gal! If you ever need any towing, recovery services etc, these guys and gals are definitely who you should call!! 12/10 recommend.

Great customer service and prompt response. Ended up not needing to be towed but they were already on their way. Had agreed to pay minimum of an hour but they just charged a cancellation fee that was totally fair.Thank you to the team.

Went to help friend pick up personal belongings due to a accident we were there late I had car problems I call her mini Christine.anyways place was clean easy to get to friends car they were just closing they let us fi ished still were friendly probably 45 minutes past closing no problem there still treated us nice I recommend this company for towing any time good people

reasonable pricing, Outstanding service from on the phone to in person once a truck was available in was there within minutes. my bike had a bad alternator and instead of towing they offered to jump it and follow me to make sure I got home ended up having to do it twice, saved about half of what they could have charged me and got some good conversation in while we were at it, 100% recommend if you are in need

They were quick and efficient on a tow from Penticton to Grand Forks but very expensive. BCAA does not cover commercial vehicles so 1000.00 later...ouch.

I had a Vespa towed to West Kelowna and right from my first contact with Penticton Towing they were quick, professional, friendly and efficient. Darcy showed up right on time, called me first to confirm he was on his way. Darcy was extremely friendly and comforting as I was a little nervous & upset that my Vespa was being towed. I had to ride it up the flatbed and he stood up there and guided me all the way. Thank you Darcy, keep up the great customer service!
