I had Tim come take measurements of my kitchen at the time he said it would be a quick job. Before he left he said he'd email us a quote shortly and we have now waited 8 months. I've called and left messages asking him to call me back and let me know what is going on with this and I get no response. You'd think that customer service would be a priority but apparently to him it doesn't matter. I'd look elsewhere to find someone more reliable.
