Justin did a fabulous job rekeying and cleaning our locks! He was so polite, friendly and punctual. And he even lubricated the door hinges so they don't squeak anymore. I am very happy with the service we received!

Jason did an amazing job fixing our patio door. He was quick, efficient and knew exactly what the problem was and how to adjust the hinges properly. We’ve used Lock Surgeon in the past and are impressed with their expertise. They should change their name to Lock & Door Surgeon because they are more than just locksmiths.

I needed a truck key cutting and then programming along with a third party fob I brought in. Patrick gave some good advice about how to go about it and then managed to get it all done pretty quick despite the shop being busy. It cost about what I was expecting having researched it on the Internet. Very happy with the service and would recommend these guys.

Tyler was so helpful during a very stressful and complex situation. He was able to offer a number of solutions for me to choose from and ensure that it would work for me. His kindness and customer service were outstanding. This is the second time I've been here and I won't bother going anywhere else ever again. Highly recommended as your first stop.

I would not use them again. The $129 service call fee, just to get them to your door is high. I reluctantly agreed to pay it because I was in a pinch. The technician who arrived was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. Since I was already committed to the $129, I figured I might as well pay him to do the required work, even though the hourly rate is steep. All in all, I paid $600 for 2 hours of work. I purchased the hardware separately, so the $600 was strictly for labor. I was glad to get it done, especially when the technician assured me that his installation was guaranteed and that if there were any problems due to the work, he would come and rectify it. About 5 weeks later, one of my doors stopped working. I called and asked them to come back, but despite it being a clear case of a problem with the work, not the hardware, I was told I'd have to pay the $129 again, just to get them to come out and fix their own error. I declined. I am very disappointed in the lack of post installation support.

Matt helped us out after I got stuck attempting to replace a lock cassette. On arrival I explain the situation to Matt and he very quickly understood what needed to be done. Walked thru the estimate, approved it, and he got to work! Excellent job removing and replacing the lock cassette that I had attempted. Explained all of his work extremely well. He did not attempt anything without my prior approval. Very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. Came the next day after I called. Door locks are now working better than they ever have thanks to some TLC from Matt!! Highly recommended.

I should have looked up at the pricing board before having you guys copy a couple of keys for me. For four keys, you charged me $60. That doesn't even come close to the price that Canadian Tire charged me for the same keys. Your price was $13 each and I was able to get the same keys cut for $3.49 eachMy mistake for coming to your business but I can't refer any of my friends to you guys.EDIT: To your response - a person cutting keys is not considered a professional when the same guy who mops the floors at a Canadian Tire Store does the same job. *** Shaking my head ***Do better, Lock Surgeon!!

Buyer beware - the reviews are all similar for a reason. This company charges excessively. I understood about a call out fee ($129) being charged, (usually with plumbers and electricians this is then rolled into the work order costing), but in addition they wanted to charge such high amounts that it was untenable to proceed with the scope of work we required. $1,400 was our quote to install weather stripping and a weather sweep on two exterior doors, neither of which needed to be removed for the installation. The markup was ridiculous when under $20 gets you fabulous quality insulation materials for each door from any hardware store. We should have done this ourselves, but thought we would get a “professional” from a local business - we will not be using this business again - usually happy repeat customers are exactly who we are, when we receive good value and good service, but unfortunately not in this instance.The only positive is that the call out technician was professional and respectful.

These guys are absolute SCAMMERS. I called up asking about the avaliable key , they told me a price and when I showed up they tried charging me double what was quoted!!!!The same $50 key there was only 8.99 down the street at all lock rescue.don't support these rip off clowns!
